Receive as information the emergency request for the roof replacement at the Fleet Shop # 2 facility located at 2316 Tobacco Road in the amount of $79,861.00 by Hixon’s Roofing & Construction. 4. Approve the request for Mayor’s execution of the federal tax deduction (179D) Allocation Letter to Trane Technologies. 5. Discuss and approve the installation of a memorial display at Hero’s Overlook to honor the seven lives lost during Hurricane Helene in Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia. (Requested by Mayor Johnson) 6. Receive an update on the Revitalization plan for the Turpin Hill area in connection to GICH. (Requested by Commissioner Stacy Pulliam) 7.
