Discuss a workforce study to right size the Government in preparation of the budget shortfall coming in 2024 when the ARP money is exhausted. (Requested by Commissioner Wayne Guilfoyle) Motion to approve directing the Administrator and staff to report back to the committee in 120 days with recommendations on ways to save money in the departments without increasing taxes due to anticipated budget shortfalls when the ARP money is exhausted.
