The term of the contract is for a three year term with an option to extend for 2 additional one years terms. 2. Motion to adopt an Election Results Resolution declaring the results of the May 19, 2026, election regarding the reimposition of a special one percent sales and use tax (SPLOST 9). 3. Motion to adopt a Validation Resolution authorizing the commencement of validation proceedings for general obligation bonds (SPLOST 9). 4. Motion to approve the minutes of the May 26, 2026 Finance Committee Meeting.
