Motion to approve allocating $13,500 from General Fund Contingency to the Emergency Management Agency (EMA) budget to support operational and compliance needs for the remainder of Fiscal Year 2026. 2. Motion to approve acceptance of the awarded $67,500 Hazard Mitigation Grant Program, to be used to update the Augusta-Richmond County Multi- Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan. The total approved cost is $67,500 with a federal share of $50,625, a state share of $6,750, a local share of $10,125, and Subrecipient Management cost of $3,310.05. 3. Discuss Barton Chapel Village's ongoing safety issues described as a constant disruption of the peace — repeated gunfire, loud music, physical fights, and activity that resembles open drug trafficking. (Requested by Commissioner Lonnie Wimberly) 4. Motion to approve the award of RFP 26-154 EMS Medical Director Services for the Augusta Fire Department to Wellstar/MCG in the annual amount of $41,860. The contract term will be for two (2) years with the option to extend for three (3) additional one-year terms. 5. Addressing Homelessness in South Augusta.
