Update on usage audit on Park and Recreation facilities and discuss how to consolidate parks and community centers in order to provide better service and consistent maintenance for these facilities; consider divesting of underused parks. A.N. 25-35 – New Location: Vaishaliben Patel, Applicant for Central Liquor LLC, is requesting Retail Package of Liquor, Beer, and Wine located at 2059 Central Ave, Augusta GA 309001. District 1, Super District 9 3. A.N. 25-36 – New Location: Consumption on Premises Liquor, Beer, Wine, and Sunday Sales. James Mosely is the applicant for Jukebox Co LLC, located at 830 Broad Street, Augusta GA 30901. District 1, Super District 9 4. A.N. 25-37 – New Location: Incidental on Premise Beer and Wine. Kia Bolton applicant for Onsite Mobile Cook & Sip LLC, located at 210 Hudson Trace, Augusta GA 30907. District 7, Super District 10 5. A.N. 25-38 – New Location: Consumption on Premises Liquor, Beer, Wine and Sunday Sales. Salvador Villasenor is the applicant for Taqueria El Patron LLC located at 3105 Washington Road, Augusta GA 30907. District 7, Super District 10 6. Augusta Regional Airport (AGS) – Motion to approve the acceptance of GDOT FY 2025 Grant: Augusta Regional Airport and the City of Augusta have received a draft Georgia State Grant through the Georgia Department of Transportation in the total amount of $10,393,031.99. This grant was tentatively approved for the following project(s) at Augusta Regional at Bush Field Airport:  Drainage Ditch Enclosure – Phase II  Southeast Apron Construction – Phase I The maximum obligation by GDOT in FY 2025 is $7,794,774.00. The remaining cost of the project(s) will be funded through AGS Enterprise Fund totaling $2,598,257.99. This amount is 25% of the total GDOT Grant. 7. Augusta Regional Airport (AGS) – Motion to approve increasing the 2025 budget in the amount of $7,794,774 upon acceptance of FY 2025 GDOT Grant (AP025-9000-72). 8. Update on Ordinance for Short-Term Rentals and Airbnb properties. (Requested by Commissioner Tina Slendak) 9. Motion to approve the minutes of the August 26, 2025 Public Services Committee Meeting. 10. Mr. Donny Cooper regarding requirements to bid on the operations of the Augusta Marina.
