THE AUDIT AND FINANCE COMMITTEE WILL MEET ON MONDAY, MARCH 5, 2018 AT 9:30 AM, AUSTIN CITY HALL 301 W. Action will only be taken by the members of the committee. The committee may go into a closed session under the Open Meetings Act, Section 551.071, of the Texas Government Code, to receive advice from legal counsel on any item on this agenda. CALL TO ORDER Approval of Minutes 1. Approve the minutes of the Audit and Finance Committee Meeting of January 24, 2018. Citizen Communication: General 2. On-Call Utilization Audit that looked at whether the City is managing on-call and call-back assignments effectively and efficiently.
