THE AUDIT AND FINANCE COMMITTEE WILL MEET ON WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 2019 AT 9:30 AM, AUSTIN CITY HALL 301 W. Action will only be taken by the members of the committee. The committee may go into a closed session under the Open Meetings Act, Section 551.071, of the Texas Government Code, to receive advice from legal counsel on any item on this agenda. CALL TO ORDER Approval of Minutes 1. Approve the minutes of the Audit and Finance Committee Meeting of December 5, 2018. Citizen Communication: General 2. Speakers may also sign up for specific items that the committee may take action on. Discussion and Possible Action 3. The fourth audit in a Homelessness Assistance Audit Series, which analyzed the outcomes of current efforts to serve the city’s homeless population. Special Report on The City’s Homelessness Assistance Efforts, which summarized the four audits conducted as part of the Homelessness Assistance Audit Series.
