THE AUDIT AND FINANCE COMMITTEE WILL MEET ON MONDAY, JULY 20, 2026 AT 9:30 AM, 301 W. SECOND STREET, AUSTIN, TX AND SOME MEMBERS MAY BE PARTICIPATING VIA VIDEOCONFERENCE Kirk Watson, Chair Ryan Alter, Vice Chair Vanessa Fuentes Jose "Chito" Vela Marc Duchen Krista Laine (Alternate) Special Called Meeting Public comment will be allowed in person or remotely by telephone. Speakers may only register to speak on an item once either in person or remotely. Items posted for possible action are available for sign-up. Briefings are not open for sign-up. Action will only be taken by the members of the committee, and an alternate member may only vote when a regular committee member is absent. The committee may go into a closed session under the Open Meetings Act, Section 551.071, of the Texas Government Code, to receive advice from legal counsel on any item on this agenda.
