Approval of Minutes
1. Approve the minutes of the December 6, 2018 Austin Utility Energy Oversight Committee meeting.

3. General Manager’s report:
· Upcoming items to be brought to Council for approval: purchase power agreement for wind
energy; procurements for janitorial services, commercial and industrial demand response services,
chiller maintenance, and substation control system equipment.
· Innovation: Austin Energy All-Stars educational outreach program.
· Employee recognition.
