THE AUSTIN ENERGY UTILITY OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE WILL MEET ON WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 2019 AT 1:30 PM, AUSTIN CITY HALL 301 W. Action will only be taken by the members of the committee. The committee may go into a closed session under the Open Meetings Act, Section 551.071, of the Texas Government Code, to receive advice from legal counsel on any item on this agenda. CALL TO ORDER Approval of Minutes 1. Approve the minutes of the December 6, 2018 Austin Utility Energy Oversight Committee meeting. Citizen Communication: General 2. The first five speakers signed up before the meeting is called to order will each be allowed three minutes to speak. Briefing 3. General Manager’s report: · Upcoming items to be brought to Council for approval: purchase power agreement for wind energy; procurements for janitorial services, commercial and industrial demand response services, chiller maintenance, and substation control system equipment. · Innovation: Austin Energy All-Stars educational outreach program. · Employee recognition.
