Approve the negotiation and execution of a loan agreement with the Guadalupe Neighborhood Development Corporation, or an affiliated entity, in an amount not to exceed $370,000 for the development of 4 homes to be sold to low- to moderate-income buyers in the Guadalupe-Saldaña Net-Zero Subdivision. Authorize the negotiation and execution of all documents and instruments necessary or desirable to transfer in fee simple approximately 208 acres and Colony Park Sustainable Community Initiative Planned Unit Development Phase I Right-of-Way, dedicated per plat recorded as Document No. 201500116 of the Official Public Records, Travis County, Texas, located off of Loyola Lane from the Austin Housing Finance Corporation to the City of Austin.
