The Board may go into a closed session as permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act, (Chapter 551 of the
Texas Government Code) regarding any item on this agenda.
Consent
1. Approve the meeting minutes of the September 10, 2019 and September 19, 2019 board meetings of
the Austin Housing Finance Corporation.
2. Approve an inducement resolution, which will be submitted to the Texas Bond Review Board, for
private activity bond financing for an allocation of up to $24,000,000 in private activity volume cap
multi-family non-recourse bonds, by Vi Collina, LLC, or an affiliated entity, for a proposed affordable
multi-family development to be known as Vi Collina, located at or near 2401 E. Oltorf Street.

3. Approve an inducement resolution, which will be submitted to the Texas Bond Review Board, for
private activity bond financing for an allocation of up to $21,000,000 in private activity volume cap
multi-family non-recourse bonds, by Diamond Forty-Two LLC, an affiliate of O-SDA Industries LLC
and Saigebrook Development LLC, for a proposed affordable multi-family development to be known as
Diamond Forty-Two, located at or near 5511-5519 Jackie Robinson Street.

4. Approve an inducement resolution, which will be submitted to the Texas Bond Review Board, for
private activity bond financing for an allocation of up to $20,000,000 in private activity volume cap
multi-family non-recourse bonds, by FC Lakeline Mall Housing, LP, or an affiliated entity, for a
proposed affordable multi-family development to be known as Lakeline Station Phase 2, located at or
near 13653 Rutledge Spur.
