Consent 1. Approve the minutes of the December 5, 2019, and January 23, 2020, board meetings of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation. 2. Approve the negotiation and execution of a loan agreement and related documents with Blackshear Neighborhood Development Corporation, or an affiliated entity, in an amount not to exceed $128,600, for the rehabilitation of three single family properties, to be known as Leona and Concho, to be located at 1130 Leona Street, 1132 Leona Street, and 1107 Concho Street. Authorize negotiation and execution of all documents and instruments necessary or desirable to acquire approximately 3.94 acres for affordable housing purposes, located at or near 11225 Pecan Park Boulevard, in an amount not to exceed $4,265,000.00.
