THE AUSTIN HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION WILL MEET ON WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 12, 2020 AT 10:30 AM, VIA VIDEOCONFERENCE 301 W. SECOND STREET AUSTIN, TX AGENDA The Board may go into a closed session as permitted by the Texas Open Meetings Act, (Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code) regarding any item on this agenda. Consent 1. Approve a resolution adopting the Austin Housing Finance Corporation Grant Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2020-2021 in the amount of $13,604,657 and the Housing Assistance Fund Budget for Fiscal Year 2020-2021 in the amount of $900,000 for a total budget of $14,504,657; authorizing the development of program guidelines for the named housing programs for Fiscal Year 2020-2021; and establishing administrative approval limits for the general manager. 2. Approve a resolution adopting the Austin Housing Finance Corporation Capital Budget for Fiscal Year 2020-2021 in the amount of $62,000,000.
