Consent 1. Approve the meeting minutes of the November 9, 2023, Board of Directors meeting of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation. 2. Authorize negotiation and execution of a contract with the Housing Authority of the City of Austin to fund and administer the Homeless Assistance/Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Program, which provides housing opportunities through subsidies to individuals experiencing homelessness, in an amount not to exceed $1,292,971. 3. Authorize negotiation and execution of all documents and instruments necessary or desirable to acquire approximately 0.295 acres (12,842 square feet) for affordable housing purposes, located at or near 312 and 400 East Wonsley Drive, in an amount not to exceed $10,000, including closing costs.
