Authorize negotiation and execution of all documents and instruments necessary or desirable to sell approximately 2.48 acres of land, being Lot 1, Block A, of Pecan Tillery Subdivision, a subdivision in Travis County, Texas according to the map or plat recorded in/under Document No. 202200294 of the Official Public Records of Travis County, Texas, located at or near 1127 Tillery Street, Austin, Texas 78702 to the City of Austin, Texas, for an amount not to exceed $784,202.
