Set a public hearing to consider an ordinance authorizing an amendment to the individual Land Development Standards Agreements with Eanes, Round Rock, Del Valle, Pflugerville, and Leander Independent School Districts to extend the expiration of the agreements by a period of two years. Set public hearings on the proposed property (ad valorem) tax rate for Fiscal Year 2019-2020 (Suggested dates: September 13, 2019 and September 19, 2019, Austin City Hall, 301 W. Conduct a public hearing and consider an ordinance amending Title 25 and Title 30 of the Land Development Code relating to approval deadlines and the administration of land development applications as necessary to comply with House Bill 3167 passed in the 86th Texas legislative session, waiving code provisions related to processing land development code amendments; and declaring and emergency.
