All of the following items may be acted upon by one motion. No separate discussion or action on any of the items is necessary unless desired by a Council Member. Consent Agenda Budget 113. Approve a resolution adopting a maximum proposed property (ad valorem) tax rate of __.__ cents per $100 taxable value that the City Council will consider for Fiscal Year 2019-2020; and setting the date that the Council will adopt the Fiscal Year 2019-2020 property (ad valorem) tax rate (Suggested date and time: September 25, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. Austin City Hall, 301 West Second Street, Austin TX). Item(s) to Set Public Hearing(s) 114. Set a public hearing to consider an ordinance authorizing an amendment to the individual Land Development Standards Agreements with Eanes, Round Rock, Del Valle, Pflugerville, and Leander Independent School Districts to extend the expiration of the agreements by a period of two years. (Suggested date: September 19, 2019, at Austin City Hall, 301 W. Second Street, Austin, TX.). 115. Set public hearings on the proposed property (ad valorem) tax rate for Fiscal Year 2019-2020 (Suggested dates: September 13, 2019 and September 19, 2019, Austin City Hall, 301 W. Second Street, Austin, TX). Non-Consent Executive Session 116. Discuss legal issues related to council meeting procedures, including state law changes. Public Hearings and Possible Actions 117. Conduct a public hearing and consider an ordinance amending Title 25 and Title 30 of the Land Development Code relating to approval deadlines and the administration of land development applications as necessary to comply with House Bill 3167 passed in the 86th Texas legislative session, waiving code provisions related to processing land development code amendments; and declaring and emergency.
