Authorize negotiation and execution of an increase to contracts for the provision of HIV-related housing services under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS grant, with the following providers: AIDS Services of Austin, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $200,000 for the 12-month term beginning October 1, 2019, for a total contract amount not to exceed $3,101,404.93; and Project Transitions, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $150,000 for the 12-month term beginning October 1, 2019, for a total contract amount not to exceed $1,212,436.
