93. Approve a resolution canvassing the results of the November 5, 2019 special elections.
Development Services
94. Approve an ordinance adopting and authorizing execution of the third amendment to the
compromise settlement agreement related to Cause No. 94-07160, Josie Ellen Champion, et all v.
City of Austin in the 353rd Judicial District Court of Travis County; amending Ordinance No.
960613-J, Ordinance No. 20181215-013, and Ordinance No. 20181101-009; and modifying
provisions of the Lake Austin Watershed regulations in Ordinance No. 840301-F.
Office of Real Estate Services
95. Authorize the negotiation and execution of all documents and instruments necessary to purchase in
fee simple approximately 1.3139 acres of land and a building containing approximately 31,980
square feet out of Lot 1, Excel Subdivision 1, a subdivision in Travis County, Texas, according to
map or plat of record in Volume 99, Page 33, of the Plat Records of Travis County, Texas, known
locally as 2711 South Interstate 35, Austin, Texas 78741 from Super Success, Inc., Texas
Corporation for a total amount not to exceed $6,400,000 including closing costs.

96. Approve an ordinance amending the Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Office of Real Estate Services
Capital Budget (Ordinance No. 20190910-001) to increase appropriations by $8,000,000 to
acquire and renovate a building to provide shelter and support services to those experiencing
homelessness.
97. Approve a resolution declaring the City of Austin's official intent to reimburse itself from proceeds
of certificates of obligation to be issued for expenditures in the total amount of $8,000,000 to
acquire and renovate a building to provide shelter and support services to those experiencing
homelessness.
Purchasing Office
98. Authorize negotiation and execution of a contract with Matthew Kwatinetz D/B/A QBL Partners
LLC, to provide consulting services for the creation of an economic development entity to promote
affordable housing development, creative space developments, public-private partnerships, and
supporting structures, in an amount not to exceed $165,000.
(Note: This procurement was reviewed for subcontracting opportunities in accordance with City
Code Chapter 2-9C Minority Owned and Women Owned Business Enterprise Procurement
Program. For the services required for this procurement, there were no subcontracting
opportunities; therefore, no subcontracting goals were established).

the analysis.
