Consent Agenda Financial Services- Contracts 58. Authorize negotiation and execution of a contract with Camlin Inc. to provide and install a system for monitoring the bushings on a power transformer at Sand Hill Energy Center, in an amount not to exceed $130,000. [Note: This solicitation was reviewed for subcontracting opportunities in accordance with City Code Chapter 2-9C (Minority Owned and Women Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program). For the goods and services required for this solicitation, there were no subcontracting opportunities; therefore, no subcontracting goals were established]. Approve the waiver or reimbursement of certain fees for the Circle C Turkey Trot and Kids Mile to be held on November 24, 2022 beginning at 8:00 a.m. at the Circle C Ranch Community Center. Applicant's Request: To rezone from general office-conditional overlay (GO-CO) combining district zoning to general office-mixed use (GO-MU) combining district zoning.
