Approve an ordinance establishing a police reserve force. Public Health 191. Authorize negotiation and execution of amendments to three agreements for HIV-related services under the Ryan White Part C HIV Early Intervention grant: Central Texas Community Health Centers, Inc. d/b/a Community Care, Aids Services of Austin, Inc., and Community Action of Central Texas, Inc., to add funding in an amount not to exceed $449,201 to the 12-month term beginning January 1, 2023.
