131. Approve an ordinance amending the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 General Fund Operating Budget
(Ordinance No. 20220817-004) to increase appropriations in the Austin Police Department
Operating Budget in the amount of $4,200,000 and Emergency Medical Services Department
Operating Budget in the amount of $3,400,000 to provide additional funds to cover sworn
personnel expenditures related to wages and benefits and decreasing the General Fund Operating
Budget Other Requirements by $7,600,000.

release (“The APD Open Policing Data Release”) for the Austin Police Department and report
back to Council.
