Approve a resolution initiating rezoning of the property generally located at 2412 Kramer Lane to zone the portion of the property needed for an electric substation to public (P) zoning district, and initiating an amendment to the North Burnet Gateway Regulating Plan to remove the portion of the property rezoned.
