of the items is necessary unless desired by a Council Member.

1. Approve an ordinance amending Chapters 5-1, 5-2, 5-3, and 5-4 of the City Code to prohibit
discrimination based on reproductive health action in housing, public accommodations, employment,
and employment by City contractors, and to make a correction to Part 5 of Ordinance No.
20220609-043.

2. Approve a resolution affirming the City’s commitment to protecting the right of individuals to make
their own reproductive healthcare decisions, limiting the use of City funds for collecting or
maintaining information concerning abortions or other reproductive healthcare actions, and
de-prioritizing enforcement of criminal laws concerning abortions and other reproductive healthcare
actions.

3. Approve a resolution directing the City Manager to explore the City’s ability to conduct a public
education program on long-term birth control, including vasectomies and to provide Council with an
update; and to ensure health insurance for City employees and their spouses cover low-cost birth
control, including vasectomies.

4. Approve a resolution directing the City Manager to evaluate and make recommendations on
benefits for City employees to support reasonable access to reproductive health care services that
are no longer lawfully available in Texas.
