committee.

Government Code, to receive advice from legal counsel on any item on this agenda.
CALL TO ORDER
Approval of Minutes
1. Approve the minutes of the January 28, 2020 and April 13, 2020 meetings of the Housing and
Planning Committee.
Briefing
2. Briefing and discussion on emergency housing resources and policies for residents impacted by the
COVID-19 local disaster and the City’s housing strategy related to the COVID-19 disaster.

3. Briefing and discussion regarding the status of projects funded with 2018 General Obligations Bonds
for affordable housing.

Housing Development Assistance Program.

City’s Rental Housing Development Assistance (RHDA) Program and recommended by the
