THE HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMITTEE WILL MEET ON WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 2019 AT 2:00 PM, AUSTIN CITY HALL 301 W. SECOND STREET AUSTIN, TX A quorum of the City Council may be present at this meeting. Action will only be taken by the members of the committee. The committee may go into a closed session under the Open Meetings Act, Section 551.071, of the Texas Government Code, to receive advice from legal counsel on any item on this agenda. CALL TO ORDER Approval of Minutes 1. Approve the Minutes of the Health and Human Services Committee meeting of Wednesday, December 12, 2018 and the Special Called meeting of Wednesday, December 19, 2018. Citizen Communication: General 2. Speakers signed up prior to the meeting being called to order will each be allowed two minutes to address their concerns regarding items not posted on the agenda (limit of 10 speakers). Discussion and Possible Action 3. Nominate candidates for two Public Sector and one Private Sector appointments to the Community Development Commission.
