Ellenberg, Council-at-Large - 58 votes in the 1st District, 43 votes in the 2nd District, 32 votes in the 3rd District, 15 Mail-In votes and 0 provisional votes for a total of 148 votes. Nancy M. Hudanich, Council-at-Large - 61votes in the 1st District, 39 votes in the 2nd District, 33 votes in the 3rd District, 15 Mail-In votes and 0 provisional votes for a total of 148 votes. John M. McCorristin Council-at-Large – 63 votes in the 1st District, 45 votes in the 2nd District, 28 votes in the 3rd District, 16 Mail-In votes and 0 provisional votes for a total of 152 votes. There were 1,254 registered voters with a total of 176 votes cast which represents 14.04 % of the registered voters. 1. Discussion regarding Resolution authorizing a Site Agreement between the Borough of Avalon and the Avalon Chamber of Commerce for the placement of webcams located at the Avalon Community Hall and the Avalon Sport Fishing Center. 2. Discussion regarding Resolution approving a membership in the New Jersey State Firemen's Relief Association. 3. Discussion regarding Resolution authorizing application for New Jersey Community Stewardship Incentive Program (CSIP) Grant. 4. Discussion regarding Resolution approving the application for a taxicab license submitted by Irma Guy, t/a Ocean Cab Service of Villas, NJ for a term of one (1) year commencing January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013. 5. Discussion regarding Resolution authorizing Hatch Mott Macdonald LLC to proceed with additional permitting services for Macchias Island Confined Disposal Facility (CDF) for a lump sum fee of $34,000.00. 6.
