Discussion regarding Resolutions authorizing the following Shared Services Agreements: a. Shared services for emergency fire and non emergency fire and emergency medical service dispatch calls for the County of Cape May and the Borough of Avalon. b. Shared services for all emergency and non emergency dispatch calls for the municipalities of the Borough of Avalon and the Borough of Stone Harbor. 4. Discussion regarding Resolution authorizing a Shared Services Agreement with the County of Cape May for the purchase of various vehicles, equipment, materials and control devices. 5. Discussion regarding Resolution authorizing Hatch Mott Macdonald, LLC to prepare specifications and advertise for bids for an emergency generator for the Avalon Public Works facility. 6. Discussion regarding Resolution requesting approval of items of revenue and appropriations, (N.J.S.A. 40A:4-87) State of New Jersey, Department of Law and Public Safety, Division of State Police, Hazard Mitigation Grant Program – Energy Allocation Initiative. 7. Discussion regarding Resolution amending the professional services contract with 7 Mile Publishing and Creative Group, LLC, to add additional services to plan, promote and staff the Borough of Avalon’s Snowfest on Saturday, November 30, 2013. 8. Discussion regarding bids received for Reconstruction of Various Streets, Contract No. M-95 Rebid and Resolutions awarding a contract and authorizing construction engineering services. 9. Discussion regarding Resolution authorizing Change Order No. 1 for the removal of dredged material from Graven’s Island Confined Disposal Facility, Contract No. M-96. 10. Discussion regarding Ordinance adopting a Code containing the codified Ordinances of the Borough of Avalon in the County of Cape May, New Jersey. 11.
