Discussion regarding Resolution authorizing Change Order No. 1 for Reconstruction of 35th Street, First Avenue to Dune Drive, Contract No. M-112, in the amount of $18,656.64. 4. Discussion regarding 2019 backpassing project. 5. Discussion regarding Ordinance creating an electric vehicle charging station and companion Ordinance restricting parking in such zone. 6. Discussion regarding Resolution authorizing renewal of Agreement with Coastal Broadcasting, Inc. and authorizing a further Agreement with Cape May County Herald for media services for the 2019 calendar year. 7.
