a. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MIDDLESEX WATER COMPANY TO SOLICIT BIDS TO
REPLACE AND INSTALL ALL WATER METERS IN THE BOROUGH OF AVALON.
(This Resolution was discussed at the August 12th Work Session.)
b. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EMPLOYMENT OF DANIEL FEATHERER AS A FULL-
TIME POLICE OFFICER FOR THE BOROUGH OF AVALON POLICE DEPARTMENT,
EFFECTIVE AUGUST 25, 2020.
(This Resolution was discussed at the August 26th Work Session.)
c. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF BILLS.

Introduction and first reading by title only of Ordinance No. 809-2020:
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A PROCEDURE FOR PROPERTY OWNERS TO OBTAIN A
RELEASE AND DISCHARGE OF CERTAIN DEED RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED BY THE BOROUGH OF
AVALON IN CERTAIN DEEDS OF CONVEYANCES EXECUTEED AND DELIVERED BY THE
BOROUGH OF AVALON PRIOR TO 1979.
Introduction and first reading by title only of Ordinance No. 810-2020:
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL TRUST FUND
AND AUTHORIZING THE CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER TO SEEK APPROVAL FROM THE DIVISION
OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT SERVICES WITHINTHE NEW JERSEY DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY
AFFAIRS FOR A DEDICATION BY RIDER PURSUANT TO N.J.S.A. 40A:4-39 OF THE LOCAL
BUDGET LAW OF NEW JERSEY.
