Discussion regarding a potential Memorandum between Cape May County for the for the formation of a Rescue Task Force Team for the Borough of Avalon. 4. Discussion regarding a Resolution authorizing Change Order No. 4 for Reconstruction of Various Streets, Contract M-115. 5. Discussion regarding bids received for Reconstruction of Various Bulkheads, Contract M-121. 6. Discussion regarding Mott MacDonald to provide Engineering Services associated with the Firehouse Addition. 7. Discussion regarding Mott MacDonald to provide Construction Engineering Services for Ocean Drive Water and Sanitary Sewer Improvements. 8. Discussion regarding bids received for the project known as Lease of Space on the 3100 Dune Drive Municipal Tower & Ground Space for the placement of a small cell antenna system in the Borough of Avalon, Contract 19-02, R-1. 9. Discussion regarding Resolution appointing Steven Secare, Esq. as an Independent Hearing Officer. 10. Discussion regarding amending Chapter 2 (Administration) to potentially create the positions of “Deputy Tax Assessor” and “Deputy Tax Collector”, as well as an Ordinance amending the Salary Ordinance pertaining to the Department of Public Safety, Department of Revenue and Finance, and Municipal Court. 11. Discussion regarding a Resolution releasing a two-story height restriction previously imposed upon the following properties: a. 268 25th Street, Block 25.04, Lot 60.01 b. 1478 Dune Drive, Block 14.04, Lot 43. 12.
