b. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH CHANNEL
MARINE FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF VARIOUS BULKHEADS, CONTRACT NO. M-121 IN THE
AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS
($234,500.00).
