A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 4 FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF VARIOUS STREETS, CONTRACT M-115. (This Resolution was discussed at the October 14th Work Session.) b. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH CHANNEL MARINE FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF VARIOUS BULKHEADS, CONTRACT NO. M-121 IN THE AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($234,500.00). (This Resolution was discussed at the October 14th Work Session.) c. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MOTT MACDONALD TO PROVIDE CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF VARIOUS BULKHEADS, CONTRACT M-121 ON A REIMBURSABLE BASIS FOR AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED THIRTY-TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($32,000.00). A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MOTT MACDONALD TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING, SURVEYING, ENVIRONMENTAL PERITTING, AND BIDDING ASSISTANCE SERVICES FOR OCEAN DRIVE WATER & SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS FOR A LUMP SUM AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($207,550.00) (This Resolution was discussed at the October 14th Work Session.) e. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF CERTAIN DEED RESTRICTION LIMITING HEIGHT OF STRUCTURES TO TWO STORIES AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF CERTAIN OTHER CONDITIONS REGARDING NUMBER OF BUILDINGS, MINIMUM SQUARE FOOTAGE REQUIREMENTS OF PRINCIPAL BUILDING, AND MINIMUM LOT SIZE FOR THE FOLLOWING PROPERTY: THAT PROPERTY CURRENTLY KNOWN AS BLOCK 11.01 LOT 5 ON THE CURRENT OFFICIAL TAX MAP OF THE BOROUGH OF AVALON AND ALSO KNOWN AS 25 E 12th Street, AVALON, NEW JERSEY (This Resolution was discussed at the October 28th Work Session.) f. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF CERTAIN CLOSED SESSION MINUTES OF THE BOROUGH CONCERNING MATTERS THAT HAVE BEEN SETTLED OR CONCLUDED. i. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF BILLS. 4. Ordinances: Introduction and first reading by title only of Ordinance 811-2020: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2 (“ADMINISTRATION”) OF THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF AVALON TO CREATE CERTAIN POSITIONS WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE AND FINANCE. Introduction and first reading by title only of Ordinance 812-2020: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 797-2020 KNOWN AS THE SALARY ORDINANCE OF 2020 5. Reports of Officials. 6.
