Public Comments Regarding Resolutions 4. Resolutions: a. A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE LOCAL MUNICIPAL BUDGET OF THE BOROUGH OF AVALON, COUNTY OF CAPE MAY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2021 b. A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING CHANGE FUNDS FOR OPERATION OF VARIOUS SUMMER FUNCTIONS FOR THE 2021 SEASON (This Resolution was discussed at the February 10th Work Session.) e. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MOTT MACDONALD TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR 2021 BACKPASSING PROJECT FOR A TOTAL FEE OF SIXTY-THREE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($63,900.00) (This Resolution was discussed at the February 10th Work Session.) f.
