CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Preciado called the special meeting of the City Council/Successor Agency to order at 5:31 p.m. Councilmembers present: Moreno, Woolley, Ovalle, Preciado. Councilmembers absent: Gravelle. Staff Present: Michael Farley, City Attorney; and, Melissa Whitten, City Manager. 2. ROLL CALL: Quorum confirmed; City Clerk's statement acknowledged regarding Government Code Section 54952.3. 3. PUBLIC COMMENT/ANNOUNCEMENTS & UNSCHEDULED APPEARANCES: No comments were heard. 4. CORRESPONDENCE/ANNOUNCEMENTS/CLOSING COMMENTS: Nothing to report; and, no comments heard. 5. CLOSED SESSION: City Council went into Closed Session at 5:32 p.m. A. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS: (Government Code Section 54956.8) Property Description: APN: 040-311-001. Negotiators: City Manager and City Attorney. Party with whom negotiating: Avenal Hospital District. Instructions to negotiators concerning: Terms. 6.
