ApprovalofMinutes: Amotion toapprove theminutes oftheOctober 3,2019 meeting wasoffered byMs.Elias, seconded byMs.Schenkel, andunanimously passed. 3. StaffReports:Mr.Kiltie distributed andreviewed aPowerPoint dated January 22, 2020, which highlighted thefollowing items: 2019/20Season – “BytheNumbers”, New thth Initiatives, 10 Anniversary Season Programming, 10 Anniversary Season Logo Options #1, # 2,and #3),and10th Anniversary Celebration. 4. 10th AnniversarySeason/Event: Mr.Kiltie discussed theCenter’s upcoming 10th Anniversary onOctober 23,2020 andreviewed ideas foracelebration event tobe scheduled forOctober 24,2020. TheBoard reviewed three proposed 10th Anniversary Season logos, aspresented byMr. Kiltie. Amotion recommending approval ofOption #3fortheAnniversary Season logo, with  City ofAventura Arts & Cultural Center Advisory Board Meeting Minutes January 22, 2020 changes toadda t“h”tothenumber 10,remove theword “season” inside thezero, and move theword “anniversary” toinside theswish lineunderneath thenumber 10,was offered byMs. Elias, seconded byMs. Regev, andunanimously passed. Mr.Wasson will provide theBoard’s recommendation totheCityCommission. Following Board discussion and review ofthelistofpossible talent fortheanniversary celebration event, consensus wasgiven tonarrow thelisttoeight artists forMr.Kiltie to begin negotiations. Mr.Wasson willprovide Board members with asponsorship package todistribute individually toparties possibly interested insponsoring theevent oraportion. Mr.Kiltie willlookintoproviding something post-show, forthose waiting atthevalet. 5. OtherBusiness: Mr.Wasson reported thatasolution totheparking issue attheCenter wasstillbeing reviewed. Thenext meeting wasscheduled forApril 22, 2020 at10:00a.m.,byconsensus ofthe Board. 6.
