Start Of Meeting The meeting commenced at 6:30 p.m. Present members were as follows: Paul Guckenberger, Member Anne Inman, Vice Chair Kathryn Ransburg, Member Marci Taschler, Member Ian Loera, Secretary/Staff Drew Wilson, Staff Dan Taylor, Legal Counsel Absent was as follows: Marcus Turner, Chair 2. VAR 23-13 1581 S County Road 800 E Setback Loera presented his report to the Board. Staff recommended approval of VAR 23-13 1581 S County Road 800 E Setback subject to the following condition:  6. Staff recommended approval of VAR 23-13 1581 S County Road 800 E Setback subject to the following condition: 1. The pool area shall remain enclosed by a minimum 48" tall fence. The board proceeded to ask multiple clarifying questions regarding the impact of surrounding areas. The appellant, Irvin Fischer, 1581 S County Road 800 E, Avon, IN, further detailed his request to the Board. Inman opened the floor for public comment at 6:53 p.m. Pamela Pilcher, 1622 Stanford Drive, Avon, IN inquired as to more details about the proposal and had no objections. Inman closed the floor for public comment at 6:56 p.m. The Board agreed with staff's report and the submitted findings of fact. Ransburg made a motion to approve VAR 23-13 1581 S County Road 800 E Setback subject to the following condition: 1. The pool area shall remain enclosed by a minimum 48" tall fence. Seconded by Guckenberger. Motion passed 4-0. 7. Other Business 8.
