Ordinance 2023-277 – an ordinance amending the Borough Code to increase water rates – The current water rates need to be raised to better meet the increasing expense of providing safe drinking water to residents b. Trash/Recycling Bid Award – the current 3-year contract with Trash Tech ends on March 31, 2023 and the Borough sought new bids for the next 3 year period. The Solicitor has reviewed the bids and the Council will discuss the results and plans to award the bid to the lowest responsive bidder. c. Consideration of New Streetlight at Bus stop on Church and Minor d. Street light change on Henson from 24 hours to Dusk to Dawn e. Western Chester County Council of Governments (WCCCOG) Meeting Summary – Council member Fernando Tena will update the Council on highlights from the February 22, 2023 WCCCOG meeting. VI.
