ANNOUNCEMENTS – There will be an executive session after tonight’s meeting to discuss personnel issues IV. PUBLIC COMMENT – Public comment is limited to three minutes per person. Commenters must state their name and address V. SOUTHERN CHESTER COUNTY REGIONAL POLICE VI. BUSINESS a. Resolution 2023-12 – Adoption of 2024 Final Budget b. Resolution 2023-13 – Tax Levy Resolution – setting the Borough tax for 2024. The rate remains the same as last year. c. Authorization to advertise the 2024 Borough Organization Meeting and the January 2024 meeting schedule. d. Resolution 2023-14 – Adopting the 2024 Holiday Schedule e. Consideration of new gates at the sewer plant (located in the back to access the pipes) and at the public works building (to access the area behind the building). f. Emergency Management Year End Report – the Emergency Management Coordinator is unable to be in attendance but has submitted his end of the year report for Council’s review. VII. ENGINEER’S REPORT a. Bridge over Route 41 Discussion – recent developments regarding a PECO inspection of a gas line that runs under the bridge will be the topic of discussion b.
