Identification of a quorum. 2. Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Citizen Comments (3 minutes maximum per citizen comments). 4. Consideration and action regarding approval of previous meeting minutes: a. October 13, 2022 5. Staff update on Park Amenities Bond projects under construction and remaining available funding. 6. Staff update on EDC Type B funded projects for 2023. 7. Discussion and action regarding potential future projects. 8. Update and discussion regarding the upcoming Comprehensive Plan update (specifically the Parks Master plan). 9. Staff Reports/Updates: a. Luedeke Park b. Irwin Park c. Guy Berry Park d. The members of the boards, commissions and/or committees may participate in discussions on the same items listed on the agenda, which occur at the meeting, but no action will be taken by such in attendance unless such item and action is specifically provided for on an agenda for that board, commission or committee subject to the Texas Open Meetings Act.
