Motion for Mayor to sign facility use agreement between the Village of Baldwinsville and First Baptist Church for use of Canton Woods Sr. Center for the period commencing on June 1, 2026 for a period of one year. B. Motion for the Mayor to sign the Baldwinsville Meals on Wheels Extended Facility Use agreement for the period commencing on January 1, 2026 for a period of one year. C. Discussion/Motion to amend the Sr. Citizen Discount and Disability discounts for Village taxes. D. Discussion/Motion to establish the Occupancy Room tax rate. E. Motion to appoint Susanne Angarano to the Planning Board effective June 4, 2026. Susanne currently holds the role of Alternate. F. Motion to promote Zach Arnold from part-time seasonal to full time as a laborer at the AFSCME union hire rate of $28.44 with a start date of June 22nd 2026. Hours not to exceed 1039 hours in a year. G. Motion to hire Devan Cronk for a part-time seasonal position at the highway division with a hire rate of $18.00 to start work on June 22nd 2026. 9.
