To consider the recommendation by the Planning Commission to approve Conditional Use Permit #57 to Roger Sather to construct a proposed new garage without a dwelling at 704 Idlewild Street. 5. To consider Application for Water Supply request that the Commission cause a one inch service connection to be laid at 704 Idlewild Street for irrigation. 6. To consider approval to build a lean to over the air conditioning unit at the Municipal Building. 7.
