The Village Board will go into closed session for two reasons: A. 19.85(1)(e). Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public finds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. The purpose of this closed session is to discuss a strategy for proposing and negotiating a possible (i) build-to-suit lease with option to purchase or (ii) purchase transaction with a business that may be interested in locating in the Village’s industrial park. In connection with this, the Board will discuss construction, lease, loan and purchase option terms. B. 19.85(1)(c). Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. 29.
