Call to order. 2. Roll Call. 3. Conducting Village Board Meeting-There will be no public input or questions to the Board after public comments. 4. Public Comments – 3 minutes per person. 5. Approve Agenda. 6. Approve Minutes of the Previous Board Meeting. 7. Fire Chief Report-Monthly Activity. 8. Police Chief Report-Monthly Activity. 9. Library Director Report-Monthly Activity. 10. Chamber of Commerce Report-Monthly Activity. 11. To consider and discuss a Concession Stand at Pine Park. 12. To consider and possible approve extension of current Ambulance Agreement for 8 additional days. 13. To consider and possible approve Ambulance Service Contract with St. Croix Valley Emergency Medical Services, Inc. 14. To consider and possible act on Unity Assessment – Dier’s Property. 15. To consider and possible approve Copy Machine Lease Renewal. 16. Street Committee Report – Keith Swenson. 17. The Village Board will go into closed session for two reasons: A. 19.85(1)(e). Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public finds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. The purpose of this closed session is to discuss a strategy for proposing and negotiating a possible (i) build-to-suit lease with option to purchase or (ii) purchase transaction with a business that may be interested in locating in the Village’s industrial park. In connection with this, the Board will discuss construction, lease, loan and purchase option terms. B. 19.85(1)(c). Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. 29. The Village Board will return to open session. Act upon advice of legal counsel rendered during closed session. 30. Adjournment.
