Regular Meeting of the Balsam Lake Board of Trustees, Monday November 6, 2017 at 7:15 pm
“Notice is hereby given to the public and the news media pursuant to Wisconsin Statute that a Village Board meeting of
the Village Board of the Village of Balsam Lake, Polk County, Wisconsin, will be held as indicated below for the purpose
of transacting such business as indicated on the following agenda. Discussion and possible action could be taken on any
agenda item.”

3. Conducting Village Board Meeting-there will be no public input to the board after public comments,
except during a properly called public hearing.

11. To consider taking action on discontinuing the portions of Loon Drive and Pheasant Lane.
12. To consider and possibly act to approve 3% wage increase for Village employees.
13. To consider and possibly act to approve 2018 health insurance renewal.
14. To consider and possibly act to approve 2018 proposed budget.
15. To consider and possibly act to approve Resolution 2017-06 Natural Hazards Mitigation Plan.
16. To consider and possibly act to approve Sign Permit #17-41 405 Main Street.
