Village of Balsam Lake Municipal Building 404 Main Street Balsam Lake Regular Meeting of the Balsam Lake Board of Trustees, Monday April 2, 2018 at 7:00 pm “Notice is hereby given to the public and the news media pursuant to Wisconsin Statute that a Village Board meeting of the Village Board of the Village of Balsam Lake, Polk County, Wisconsin, will be held as indicated below for the purpose of transacting such business as indicated on the following agenda. Discussion and possible action could be taken on any agenda item.” Agenda: 1. Call to order. 2. Roll Call. 3. Conducting Village Board Meeting-there will be no public input to the board after public comments, except during a properly called public hearing. 4. Public Comments-3 minutes per person. 5. Police Chief Report-Monthly Activity. 9. Library Director Report-Monthly Activity. 10. Chamber of Commerce Report-Monthly Activity. 11. Park & Rec Committee Report-Caroline Rediske. 12. Finance Labor/Public Works Committee Report-Rod Preble. 13. To consider and possibly act to approve a private well & sewer system at 930 Park Drive. 14. To consider and possibly act to approve Conditional Use Permit #67, recommendation from the Planning Commission. 15. To consider and possibly act to approve March 2018 Treasurers Report. 16.
