Discussion and possible action could be taken on the following agenda items.” Agenda: 1. Called to order. 2. Roll Call. 3. Public Comments. (3 minutes per person) 4. To consider and possibly act to approve the agenda. 5. Review plans for a proposed building on lots at 300/302/306 West Main Street and zoning. 6. Discussion and possible action on Building/Street Committee recommendation regarding possibly relocating the police department office. 7. Discussion and possible action on title change of police cars. 8. Discussion and possible action on the 2020 fireworks display. 9. To consider and possibly act to go into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 19.85(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. 10.
