Discussion and possible action could be taken on the following agenda items.” Agenda: 1. Called to order. 2. Roll Call. 3. Public Comments. (3 minutes per person) 4. To consider and possibly act to approve the agenda. 5. To consider and possibly act to approve Planning Commission recommendation- Application #73 John & Elaine Klimelk. 6. To consider and possibly act to approve Planning Commission recommendation- Application #75 Keith Duffee, Sunsets at Paradise. 7. To consider and possibly act to approve Streets and Building Committee recommendation- to hire Justin Duncan, contractor to remodel the police/meeting room within the Municipal building. 8. To consider and possibly act to approve Donation Agreement between Peter Nelton and the Village of Balsam Lake. 9.
