VILLAGE OF BALSAM LAKE Village President Kathy Poirier Trustees: James Duncan, Jamie Flaherty, Kellie Flaherty, Aimee Newbauer, Corby Stark NOTICE OF SPECIAL VILLAGE BOARD MEETING The Village of Balsam Lake Board of Trustees will be holding a Special Board Meeting on Friday October 9, 2020 at 5:00 pm at the Village Hall, 404 Main Street Balsam Lake. “Notice is hereby given to the public and the news media pursuant to Wisconsin Statute that a Village Board Meeting of the Village Board of the Village of Balsam Lake, Polk County, Wisconsin, will be held as indicated below for the purpose of transacting such business as indicated on the following agenda. Discussion and possible action could be taken on the following agenda items.” Agenda: 1. Called to order. 2. Roll Call. 3. Public Comments. (3 minutes per person) 4. To consider and possibly act to approve the agenda. 5. To consider and possibly act to approve Planning Commission recommendation- Application #73 John & Elaine Klimelk request to build a 56x40 pole type building on vacant lot located at 818A Park Drive. 6. To consider and possibly act to approve Planning Commission recommendation- Application #75 Keith Duffee, Sunsets at Paradise request to turn part of the existing bar/restaurant space into 14 suites at 264 County Road I. 7. To consider and possibly act to approve Planning Commission recommendation- Application #77 Jeff Hollenback, request to build a garage on a vacant lot at 120 Vadnais Lane. 8.
