Regular Meeting of the Balsam Lake Board of Trustees, Monday July 10th, 2023 at 6:00 pm
“Notice is hereby given to the public and the news media pursuant to Wisconsin Statute that a Village Board meeting of the Village Board of the Village of Balsam
Lake, Polk County, Wisconsin, will be held as indicated below for the purpose of transacting such business as indicated on the following agenda. Discussion and
possible action could be taken on any agenda item.”

40. To consider and possibly act to go into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 19.85 exemptions
(1) (e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or
conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed
