VILLAGE OF BALSAM LAKE Village President Jim Duncan Trustees: Jamie Flaherty, Kellie Flaherty, Len Manning, Aimee Newbauer, Jena Paquette, Corby Stark NOTICE OF SPECIAL VILLAGE BOARD MEETING The Village of Balsam Lake Board of Trustees will be holding a Special Board Meeting on Monday April 15th, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. at the Village Hall, 404 Main Street Balsam Lake. “Notice is hereby given to the public and the news media pursuant to Wisconsin Statute that a Village Board Meeting of the Village Board of the Village of Balsam Lake, Polk County, Wisconsin, will be held as indicated below for the purpose of transacting such business as indicated on the following agenda. Discussion and possible action could be taken on the following agenda items.” Agenda: 1. Called to order. 2. Roll Call. 3. To consider and possibly act to approve the April 15th, 2024 Special Board Meeting Agenda. 4. Discussion and possible action on Village owned Industrial Park Property, Eric Dueholm. 5. Discussion and possible action to approve bid for services from Aryes & Associates for Dam. 6. To consider and possibly act to go into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 19.85 exemptions (1) (e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. Discussion and possible action on Old County Highway Property. 7. To consider and possibly act to go into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 19.85 exemptions (1) (e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.
