Discussion of the 2026 Preliminary Budget. 6. Discussion and possible action on the General Fund 2026 preliminary budget expenses. 7. Discussion and possible action on the Dam 2026 preliminary budget expenses. 8. Discussion and possible action on the Fire Department 2026 preliminary budget. 9. Discussion and possible action on the library 2026 preliminary budget. 10. Adjournment. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the members of the Balsam Lake Village board may be attending this meeting to gather information about a subject on which they have decision-making responsibility. Therefore, further notice is hereby given that there may be a quorum of the members of the Balsam Lake village board, and must be noticed as such, although the board will not take any formal action at this meeting.
