June 5th, 2025
9:00 AM
Meeting was called to order at 9:04 a.m. by Village Clerk/Treasurer Michelle Walker.
ROLL CALL: Brianna Turner, Mary Ann Myers, Michelle Walker and Assessor Steve
Mahlik
Statement of Public Notice
M Walker verified that publication and posting notices have been completed.
1. Motion by M Meyers/B Turner to select Michelle Walker as Chairman.
Motion carried.
2. Motion by M Walker/M Myers to select Brianna Turner as Vice Chairman. Motion
carried.
3. B Turner has completed the mandatory training requirement for
BOR.
4. Notices were published in the Dodgeville Chronicle, the Barneveld Shopper.
Posted at Municipal Building, Barneveld Post Office, The People’s Community Bank
and on Village Website.
5. The Board received the assessment Roll. Assessor Steve Mahlik signed his sworn
Oath as Assessor for the Village of Barneveld.
6. No Notices of Intent to File Objections.
7. No objections.
8. Board reviewed assessments and Performed Statutory Duties.
9. No other motions.
10. Motion by M Walker/M Myers to adjourn at 10:04 a.m. Motion carried.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Barneveld Board of Review will hold its
annual Board of Review meeting on Thursday, June 5th, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00
a.m. at the Barneveld Brigham Municipal Building, 403 E. County Hwy ID, Barneveld,
WI 53507.
Call to order.
Roll call.
Statement of Public Notice.
New Business:
1. Select a Chairman
2. Select a Vice-Chairman
3. Verify that at least 1 member has met the mandatory training requirements
4. Verify that publication and posting of notices has been completed
5. Receive the assessment roll and sworn statements
6. Review Notices of Intent to File Objection
7. Hear Objections
8. Review Assessment Roll and Perform Statutory Duties
9. Hear any other motions and waivers authorized by law
COMMUNICATIONS AND ANY OTHER BUSINESS AS AUTHORIZED BY LAW

NOTICE
It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental
bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above stated meeting to gather
information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated
meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice.
